Every minute of your learning day is important. Good attendance is vital to the academic success of every student. Thank you for valuing your learning time as much as we do by being at school on time, all day, every day. To report an absence, call 918-833-9532.

School Hours

School begins at 9:15 a.m. and dismisses at 4:20 p.m. Doors open at 8:45 a.m. Students should not arrive before 8:45 a.m. unless participating in a supervised school activity.

Morning Arrival

Doors open at 8:45 a.m. Students arriving between 8:45 and 9:05 should enter through the entrance near the flagpole in the circle drive. Students arriving after 9:05 must enter through the main office door.

Dismissal

Students dismiss at 4:20 p.m. Students should leave campus promptly unless participating in a supervised school activity. School personnel exits at 4:35pm so families should arrange prompt pickup.. The main office closes at 4:30pm daily.

Bus Riders

Bus riders should follow all driver and school expectations. Route and transportation information is available through Tulsa Public Schools Transportation. Failure to follow T.P.S. transportation safety guidelines may result in removal of services.

Early Checkout

Students leaving during the school day must be checked out through the main office by an authorized adult with identification. Students cannot be released to any person not properly identified in our student information system, Powerschool. Please avoid checkout after 3:45 p.m. except for appointments or emergencies.

Bus Routes

All students are under the direct supervision of the bus driver and bus privileges will be suspended for failure to follow directions. Bus contracts with expectations will be given to each bus rider to be signed by student and parent.

First call the school at 918-833-9532
If you do not get an answer, call transportation at 918-833-8100
Note: buses may run 10 minutes after the posted stop time

Attendance

Being at school every day and on time matters. Families should report student absences to Memorial at 918-833-9533 and provide documentation for medical or other excused absences when applicable.

Tardies

Students should be in class and ready to learn when the bell rings. Repeated tardies will result in family communication and school-based interventions or consequences.

Missed Work

Students are responsible for completing work missed during an absence. Assignments and class information are available in Canvas.

Supervision of students begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 4:35 p.m. Students attending after school activities are supervised until the conclusion of the activity or event.
