Memorial Middle School is committed to using innovative technology and research-proven strategies to provide the personalized educational experiences that will prepare our students for college, career, and a lifetime of learning.
Commitment form resources
We understand the commitment forms are important for our families to find and complete. Our Enrollment team created the video linked below to help guide you through the commitment form completion process in case you are helping families fill those out. We have also added these videos to our www.tulsaschools.org/Q2 website.
A reminder that our next deadline for requests is that families must submit by Tuesday, Dec. 15, and this change will take into effect on Monday, Jan. 4. Parents and families can choose to shift their children between distance learning and in-person learning by logging into SmartChoice at enroll.tulsaschools.org.

Many thanks to AEP for supporting our school through a school supply drive. If you would like to match their efforts, here's a link to our wish list: https://buff.ly/3odYISh
